Welcome to First Baptist Church of Alva
First Baptist Church of Alva is located on North Joel Blvd about one mile south of State Road 80. We would love for you to visit with us during one of our services or call the Church Office to arrange for a visit from the Pastor.
Please take some time and explore our media center. We would also encourage you to visit our Face Book page, but above all we would enjoy having you as our guest in person. All this technology is great, but we REALLY look forward to a visit from you and your family in person!
The First Baptist Church of Alva is a beautiful Church with even more beautiful people. We are a family friendly Baptist Church that strives to make a difference in peoples lives. If you or your family are looking for a place to get plugged in and receive good Bible teaching, this is the place for you. If you are faithfully attending another Bible believing Church then we recommend that you stay there and serve, but if you are not currently attending another Church please consider coming to our Church. We are certain that you will just love our Church and especially our people.

Sunday School
9:00 to 9:45 AM
We offer Sunday School classes for all ages.
Sunday Morning Worship
10:00 AM
The main services begin with children and adults together. Immediately after the song/worship service the children are dismissed for Children's Church and the adults remain in the main sanctuary.
Sunday Evening Service
6:00 PM
The evening service is generally more informal and interactive. At the present time we do not offer nursery, or children's church, during Sunday Evening
Wednesday Evening Services
7:00 PM
Our Midweek service offers classes for children ages 4 and up at this time. We have "Chosen Generation" for teens and young adults. For the adults we have Bible Study and Prayer Meeting.
